to Everyone,
I am having a 'garage sale' at Fray Subercaseaux 979 in Las
Condes which will start on Thurs.September 4 and continue
until Sunday, September 7. Hours are from 10:00 am until 5
pm. The person in charge of the sale is Julio Montenegro.
He will be in charge of getting the 'garage sale'
permission from the municipalidad, setting up the items and
be generally 'in charge'. He speaks fluent English and has
helped a number of Teresa Bailey's friends solve those
nasty rental house surprises. He receives 10 % of final
sale. It is his fee for organizing a sale like this one.
There is lots of space at my house and I am offering only
to any AAC / CAC / BIG member who would like to sell
unwanted items to contact Julio by e-mail

You must make a reserve by Tuesday, September 5.
All articles should be received at Fray Subercaseaux 979 no
later than Wednesday September 6 by 5pm.
Please be sure that your price list and phone is available
to Julio in case he has to contact you.
Your articles should be clearly marked/labelled with a
price ticket and maybe your code/name to avoid confusion.
It is you resposibility.
Anything that is not sold should be removed by Sunday,
September 7 at 6pm.
